How was the ampersand designed? Why does it mean ‘and’?
There’s something special about this unique glyph, so I thought I would design a poster to celebrate.
Featuring hand drawn illustrations and examples of the ampersand in use, plus a brief history of how this fascinating glyph came to be, this A3 poster is now for sale.
Digitally printed on beautiful 350gsm silk, you can stick it straight on the wall or give it the love it deserves in a frame.
Only £15 + £2.50 (UK only)
I’m not moving to a kibbutz, eschewing social networking or becoming a business Luddite. Facebook just doesn’t fit into my life anymore.
In the Beginning
Like most people, I found it exciting to be able to share my life (thoughts, insights, photographs) with a large number of people instantly. One post and everyone would know what was going on in my life. Then I noticed something was happening with all the people I was trying to keep in touch with. It all got too personal.
